Paneer Satay with Peanut Sauce

Satay refers to finely grilled marinated meat in skewers and served along with sauce. It’s very popular in Indonesia and Malaysia. I have replaced meat with paneer for a vegetarian version of the satay. The essence of this dish is in the marination.
