Double berry smoothie

Smoothies are a great choice for breakfast or as a  mid-day snack. This recipe for a double berry smoothie is a refreshing and healthy combination of fruit and yogurt that’s kid-approved and super easy to make !!

Ingredients (Serves 2)

Preparation time – 5 mins
  • Strawberry – 170 g
  • Blueberry – 180 g
  • Greek yogurt – 280 g
  • Honey / Maple syrup – as preferred
  • Ice cubes – optional

Steps

  • Slit the strawberries and add it in the blender along with blueberry and maple syrup, Greek yogurt and ice cubes.
  • Blend smooth and transfer to a serving glass. Top with berries / ice cubes.
  • If you feel the smoothie is thicker, add water / milk to adjust the consistency.
