Refreshing Green Smoothie

Smoothies are always my favorite as they hardly take any time to prepare but makes our tummy full and is so healthy. This green smoothie is prepared with green Apple, cucumber, avocado and mint leaves.

It doesn’t contain yogurt or milk and yet smooth because of the avocado. This smoothie can be had for breakfast too.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

Preparation time – 5 to 10 mins
  • Green Apple – 3, peeled and roughly chopped
  • Cucumber- 1, peeled and roughly chopped
  • Avocado – 1/2, scooped
  • Mint leaves – a handful
  • Honey / Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Water / Ice cubes – as required

Steps

  • Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend them smooth adding water or ice cubes.
