Spiced Apple Smoothie

Apple blended with banana, spices and milk that serves as a yummy nutritious snack with no sugar added.

Ingredients (Serves 3)

Preparation time – 10 mins
  • Apple juice – 1.5 to 2 cups (I used 3 apples )
  • Coconut milk thick – 1/2 cup 
  • Milk – 1/2 cup 
  • Banana – 1 medium sized
  • Nutmeg powder – 1 pinch 
  • Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp 

Steps

Blend everything with few ice cubes and enjoy !!!!
